“Simple words for a simple message.
As an arrow goes straight to its target so these lines point to the same place that they come from, from Self to Self.
Let the Truth of these words overwhelm all the ideas about yourself and your world, to dissolve the illusion that never took away What you are. As a wave on the sea, always at home.“
“With elegance, intelligence and humour Avasa’s words hit the centerless center of our Being, like arrows darted off from Silence itself. A little book to sip slowly like a good old wine, whose aroma arises immediately to unfold afterwards in new and deeper understandings, pointing relentlessly to the reader to be actually the true author of what has been read.“

“Every sentence is pure freedom and we are called to allow that freedom to enter in our lives. The spaces between the lines in the essays are an invitation for the reader to realize the truth that is behind each paragraph. The conclusion is not at the end but in every understanding that arise during the reading. “
“Between my finger and my thumb I held the moon”… This book speaks about a time in which you were not disconnected by what was around you, a time in which the illusion of fear and suffering were not dictating your days and guiding your life. It points to the ever-present possibility to see again what is true of us, right now and arguments that in a sense the only thing stopping this to be recognized it is the illusion of not being so. It guides the reader through and out the many mind’s mazes, showing that nobody is actually ever imprisoned or bounded by anything, not even by the size of a body or the length of a lifetime. This books reveal the absolute freedom of one-Self from any concept or image the mind holds about itself, from one’s own story and dramas, included those desperate ones about enlightenment or self-realization. It states clearly and practically about the fact that nobody is actually here, not even writing these words or reading them right now.”

From retreat Livigno – Italy, Giugno 2012
From retreat La Selva – Italy, August 2012
When the Divine recognizes to be what is living through all human forms and this is shared verbally or otherwise then celebration happens naturally. During retreats there are moments of spontaneous laughter, shared silence, deep insight and emotional connection with everybody and everything. But most of all a true friendship is lived in a very everyday manner and in some way beyond all the words, the energy, the music, the fun, the message hits home, we are One!
Awakening is not a spiritual thing. It is lived in everyday Life in the wonder and fun to see that all there is it’s just One Action unfolding.
Avasa speaks during the retreat about being open, even in that area of our consciousness where there is resistance and reaction.
